I’ve decided to refresh the look on the website for two reasons:
- To jazz it up a bit and make it look a bit fresher (I hope you like it).
- To make the Map / TravelMap view more prominent.
The reason for making the Map / TravelMap view more prominent is that from what I have been hearing, a lot of people aren’t really aware of it. My posts of late have been a little more about what we have done and seen (less interesting), rather than stories and/or insights (more interesting).
So, to help balance things up, I’m going to be using TravelMap to outline our “what, where and when”, and the blog posts more for stories — including Sausage Roll Scorecard.
Here’s what TravelMap looks like …
You can interact with it in two ways:
- By using the map and selecting a spot you’re interested in.
- By scrolling through the mini posts against each leg of our trip that appear below the map.
You can find TravelMap by scrolling to the bottom of the homepage OR by selecting the Map option in the Menu at the top of the homepage.
